Beginning this summer, we are introducing a new look for the Pierce County Saves campaign.
- A unified -- but still localized -- look. As you probably know, Pierce County Saves is part of the national America Saves campaign which includes more than 40 local campaigns. The new logos and taglines for local campaigns match the umbrella organization and each other. We hope this unified look will give us a strong, instantly identifiable image.
- The new tagline, "Start Small. Think Big." replaces "You Can Build Wealth" and "Build Wealth, Not Debt." Research has shown that while consumers may aspire to being wealthy, the word 'wealth' can be intimidating. "Start Small. Think Big" is a message many more people can identify with.
- A fresher, more modern look. The new logo includes a trio of circles, designed to loosely represent pocket change and to update the old logo's U.S. quarter image. The images are presented symbolically, rather than literally, so you can "see", more broadly, the possibilities of saving.
The new logo will begin appearing on new materials right away and we’ll be sporting our new look proudly for America Saves Week 2010, February 21-28.
